If you're in a position where you're debating whether or not a "short sale" is the right road to take.., please take ethe time to read my testimonial. I try to remember but can't recall how American Home Solutions' phone number was given to me. All I know is that receiving their phone number and contacting them was one thing I'll never regret. My first contact with American Home Solutions was with Carol. Carol was very understanding and allowed me to tell her my situation without one interuption. I felt very comfortable with her from the very start. She is one of the main reasons I continued to stay in contact with them. Carol made me feel very comfortable and I knew, based on her tone of voice and her answers, that she and the company she worked for really cared about me and my situation. Once I made the decision to allow American Home Solutions to negotiate a short sell with the mortgage company, I met with Scott.
